My Friend's Place: Jessie O

Wow. I can't even tell you how glad I am to be done with these pictures. I know that probably sounds horrible, but I took them 6 weeks ago and then got stuck trying to figure out which ones I wanted, how I wanted to edit them, ev.ery.thing. They've basically held up all photo editing since. So yes, I'm very glad to be done with them. I posted the first of this series back in April, and even shared my traffic photography from the drive to and from Jessie's place ages ago, too. I'm a scatterbrain.

BUT! That doesn't make me love this apartment any less.

Jessie lives in the apartment that belonged to her grandparents and has been in her family for years. I wasn't expecting such a sweet antiquity when I drove over. Jess needed a little help seeing after her lasik eye surgery, and this was my first time at her place. Thank god I brought my camera! Check out this vintage haven: 

When I'd asked Jessie if she minded me taking some pictures of the apartment, she said she'd be honored. When I showed her the pictures in camera before I left, she got tears in her eyes. That made my day :)
